jezraelDavid & Jack: Sewing Hearts

Notes: AU in which we ignore Biblical canon end and skip fixing the show's because that wasn't the mix I wanted to make! In my happy end fantasy, Jack doesn't lose his shit and go tyrant on Gilboa, but Silas still takes back the crown and imprisons him. His betrayal of the country's favorite son, the one they looked to in their time of need with Silas gone, his increase in bastardhood and tyranny, and his very obvious descent into madness and blasphemy, turns the country against him. David returns and kills him. He frees Jack, instating and backing him as king. Jack makes him Consort. Together, they rule. With Michelle as their Queen, obviously, but she would need A SEPARATE MIX for each of them so oh god I can't just listen to Iron & Wine for an hour, no really. This mix is where Jack and David feel each other and their new roles out.
Shh, let me enjoy my really overthought fantasies.
I also have a lot of Feelings about how good a fit Juno Reactor is for Jack. Get out of my life, you horrible jerk. No don't cry, come back, let me stroke your hair, there you go darling.

Taking a step back to get his bearings and falling out of love-- with the hand he's been playing.

So Jack stops playing games altogether.
